The cost of the celebration has been amended to read $10 per head and $5 for kids 6 - 18 years old. The outline plan for the day will be 1000 hrs Assemble, 1130 hrs Annual General Meeting, 1200hrs Titbits with Gaph Saph, 1600 hrs Food, 1800 hrs Entertainment, 2000 hrs Finish and 2200 hrs Clear up finish.
