COMMITTEE MEETING 31 JAN 09

In preparation for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 12 April 2009, the Chairman would like to hold a committee meeting on 31 January 2009 in the Oak Farm School at 1200 hours.

All committee members and area representatives are to attend the meeting with the details of the members in their area who have not become members yet. Please note that there have been a few cases where the situation is very difficult if one is not a member and the Gulmi Jilla Samaj UK is unable to fulfil its aim of assisting any Gulmili in UK.

They are also to bring any points they want to raise in the Annual General Meeting especially the utilisation of the donation received so far in response to the assistant to Gulmi Zilla in Nepal.

Please do make arrangements for the day to be on leave and attend the Committee Meeting and AGM as without your help this will not be possible. Should you not be able to attend then a suitable representative is to be nominated and the General Secretary informed.
